I can not think of driving shore lines without fishing, but it happened. My sister-in-law visited us from Korea and I had to guide her for sightseeing to please my wife.
I decided to drive to New England.
The first stop was Ogunquit, Maine Ogunquit is very popular place in summer and I was surprised there are decent tourists there in winter.
I used to come to Oguquit for fish cod on the Bunny Clark.
After sightseeing Ogunquit, I drove down to Chinatown in Boston for dinner My first choice of Chinese restaurant was New Jumbo Seafood Restaurant, but they were booked completely even we arrived there before 6:00 pm. This is the second time we couldn't eat at the restaurant because of crowd. We ate at the nearby restaurant
We ordered for dishes: lobster, shrimp, oyster and eggplant.
lobster and shrimp were OK, but oyster and eggplant were excellent.
After dinner, we went to Quincy Market.
We stayed at Aloft Hotel In Lexington, MA. The Hotel is my favorite and I used to stay there when I visit Boston area.
Next day (Sunday), we visited Rockport, MA. Rockport is a very beautiful place. Beautiful Rockport is a destination for tourists over 160 years.
In summer, this harbor is loaded with colorful sailboats.
New England trip is not complete unless you eat Lobster.
We drove down to Green Harbor to visit my favorite restaurant, Haddad.
The final destination of the trip was Plymouth, MA.
I was pretty tired to drive 700 miles in 2 days. Fortunately today tile trip out of Cape May was cancelled due to weather.
