Here is my dilemma .
According to JM spechs The PE5 N Holds 400m of PE5 , I assume a standard PE5 diameter is like. 037mm correct ? Then shall I go with JB 60lb hollow or Varivas Super PE 39kg - 040mm , will a be able to load more than 400yrds ?

Thanks

You can get 280 - 300 yard of JB 60# hollow on JM PE5N.

I have a PE5N and had CharkBait spooled it for me, they were able to put 375 yards of Jerry Brown 60lb Hollow with 20 feet of 50lb Seaguar.

I don't know how Chrkbait could spool 375 yards.
I spooled PE4 with 350 yards of PE5 line. PE5 reel's line capacity is very similar to PE4 reel.

Their calculation could be wrong or they spooled extremely tightly.

I found Jerry Brown 60 Lb Hollow is thinner than Varivas Avani PE6.

I spooled 330 yards of JB 60 lb Hollow on JM PE5N with some room for top shot while I spooled about 310 yards of Varivas Avani PE6 with very room for
top shot.
