Black Hole is one of the major brands of N.S Corporation in Korea.
Black Hole Cape Cod Special/Cow Special are rods/blanks specially designed for JIGNPOP.

N.S started their business to sell all rods to Japan as OEM for 10 years before they made their own brands including Black Hole last 10 years.

N.S will introduce all lines of rods/blanks to the US market from next year and they are preparing to attend ICAST show in Florida next year.

They have more than 500 different models of inshore/freshwater rods.
When I have a meeting with them, they were very confident to compete with any products in the US. They claimed Gloomis rods couldn't survive in Korea because of N.S rods.
I used to be a fan of Gloomis rods and I owned at least a dozen of Gloomis rods.
After I tested a few N.S inshore/freshwater rods intensively this year, I believe their claim.
